History
Mentioned on the map of Ingermanlandia A.I. Bergenheim , based on materials from 1676, as the village of Stoigina [2] .
On the Swedish "General Map of the Province of Ingermanlandia" of 1704 - as well as the village of Stoigina [3] .
The village of Stoygik is marked on the "Geographical drawing of the Izhora land" by Adrian Schonbek in 1705 [4] .
As a village, Stogino is mentioned on the map of Ingermanlandia A. Rostovtsev in 1727 [5] .
On the map of the St. Petersburg Governorate of J.F. Schmitt of 1770, it is also designated as the village of Stogino [6] .
On the map of the St. Petersburg province of F. F. Schubert in 1834, the village of Stoigin is mentioned , to the southeast of it was the manor of landowner Sverchkova [7] .
STOYGINO is a village, it belongs to the wife of Colonel Essen, the number of residents according to audit: 16 m. P., 14. par. [8] (1838)
In the explanatory text to the ethnographic map of the St. Petersburg Province of P. I. Köppen in 1849, it is recorded as two neighboring villages:
- Toikana ( Toigana, Stoigin ), the number of inhabitants for 1848 : Ingermanlanders - Sawakotov - 6 meters, 4, 4. n., only 10 people
- Toigana ( Stoigina ), the number of inhabitants for the year 1848: Ingrian-Sawakot - 3 m. P., 2; p., a total of 5 people [9] .
According to the 9th revision of 1850, the village of Stoygino belonged to landowner Askhande Romanovna Essen (Aglaide (Adelaide) Romanovna von Essen (1827 -?)) [10] .
On the map of Professor S. Kutorgi of 1852, the village of Stoigin is mentioned [11] .
STUGINA - the village of Mrs. Essen, along a country road, the number of households is 4, the number of souls is 9 m. P. (1856) [12]
According to the 10th revision of 1856, the village of Stoygino belonged to landowner Aglanda Romanovna Velio [13] .

According to the “Topographic map of parts of the St. Petersburg and Vyborg provinces” of 1860, the village of Stoygino consisted of 6 peasant households [14] .
STOYGINO - the owner's village at the pond, on the left side of the Narva Road, 64 versts from Peterhof, the number of yards - 5, the number of inhabitants: 18 m. P., 16 w. Clause (1862) [15]
In the XIX century, the village administratively belonged to the Begunitsky volost of the 1st camp of the Peterhof district of St. Petersburg province, at the beginning of the XX century - the 2nd camp.
In 1904, 16 Estonian settlers lived in farms near the village [16] .
According to the topographic map of 1930, the village had 17 courtyards.
According to the data of 1933, the village of Stoygino was part of the Artyushinsky Village Council of the Volosovsky District [17] .
As of 1966, 1973, 1990 and 1997, the village of Stoygino was not included in the Volosovsky district [18] [19] [20] [21] .
In 2002, in the village of Stoygino of the Chirkovitsky volost there was no resident population [22] .
In 2007, 2 people lived in the village of Stoygino Zimititsky JV, in 2010 also 2 [23] [24] .
Geography
The village is located in the northwestern part of the region to the east of the 41K-043 road ( Karstolovo - Terpilitsy ).
The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 8.5 km [23] .
