Biography
Born September 1, 1971 . In 1988, he graduated from Mravyan Secondary School No. 25 and entered the Yerevan Medical Institute . As a student, he became part of one of the most famous teams of the Club of Fun and Resourceful YSMI, becoming a two-time champion of KVN ( 1992 , 1994 ). Together with other team members, he founded the company Sharm Holding.
He led the author’s programs on Armenian television and was the permanent host of the TASHIR national award in the field of Armenian show business. Starred in the movie.
In June 2012, Saghatelyan, together with the producer of the Armenian singer Tat Simonyan - Grigor Nazaryan, got into an accident and was hospitalized in serious condition. According to doctors, he received skeletal injuries associated with fractures of the cervical and thoracic vertebrae , as well as fractures of the pelvic bones . After the operation in Germany, his condition improved.
In July 2013, Saghatelyan was planning to fly to Germany to continue treatment, however, due to deteriorating health conditions, his departure was postponed. On July 30, 2013, at 12:50, Saghatelyan was taken to the Nairi Medical Center in extremely serious condition. Late in the evening, the doctors decided to bring the patient into a state of artificial coma . Tomography revealed a hemorrhage in the brain that was the result of acute leukemia . July 31, 2013 Mark Saghatelyan died in a hospital at the age of 41.
