Biography
Orthodox. Cossack of the village of Essentuki . Homeowner (house in Essentuki ).
He graduated from a two-year school , then passed the classroom exam at the Pyatigorsk gymnasium.
For five years he was a village ataman. Prior to the election, the State Duma served in the administration of the Caucasian Mineral Waters . Was married.
On September 12, 1908, at the by-elections to the State Duma, he was elected to the seat of the deceased E. I. Tikhonov from the congress of commissioners from Cossack villages. He was a member of the Octobrists faction, from the 4th session - in the Russian national faction. He was a member of the commissions: on state defense, on fishing, on religious issues, on hunting and on the execution of the state list of income and expenses.
After the revolution in exile in Bulgaria. He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Circle , as a fellow chairman of the Big and Small Circle.
Died of arteriosclerosis on January 21, 1932 in the Shelter for the Elderly and Chronicles of the Russian Red Cross Society in the village of Shipka (Bulgaria), was buried in the Shipkinsky cemetery at the Russian invalid house
