Blake-Mouton Management Grid - The concept developed at Ohio State University was modified and popularized by Blake and Mouton, who built a grid (chart) that included 5 basic leadership styles.
The managerial lattice, developed by American experts in management theory R. Blake and J. S. Mouton, is a theoretical matrix of typological methods and methods for managing intra-group interactions, including conflict interactions, helping to find the most effective directions and methods of managerial influence on prevention, deployment and settlement of intra-group conflicts [1] .
