Coup (element of acrobatics)

A coup is an element of acrobatics in which you need to roll over your head with your hands.

Flip Forward

Forward turns are of different types:

Normal - the performer should stand up, push over from the hands over his head and stand on his feet. (Almost always executed with overclocking for convenience) .
Through the bridge (slow) - the performer should stand on his hands, roll over, go to the bridge and then push his hands in the bridge-stop and roll back into the rack (possibly two or one leg). (Performed from the spot) .
Kulbit - the performer should also stand on his hands and roll over on one leg (also called the forward wheel).
Tempo or flak ahead - the performer must jump into his arms, roll over and return to the rack with a push of his hands. (Performed at a pace) .

A flip is also a wheel (acrobatics trick). There is also another lateral flip (flip forward with the transition back), called rondat .

Turning back is heavier than forward, and also performed in different ways:

Normal - the performer must go to the bridge, but during the transition, toss one leg, without performing an accidental jump into his arms (wheel back).
Through the bridge (slow) - the performer must go back from the rack, then throw one leg, roll over and return to the rack.
Flak - the performer jumps back into his arms, turns over and pushes from his hands, passing into the rack. Execution without push of hands and on one leg is possible.
