Biography
In the Red Army from November 1917 [1] ; In the Navy since 1918; Communist Party member since 1926.
From 1914–1917, the Odessa School of Merchant Shipping.

From November 1917 - Commissar of the Technical Department of BF.

Since November 1920 - bilge mechanic of the Petrograd military port.

From certification: “In June — July 1941, G. personally supervised the supply of equipment, ammunition and fighters for fleet operations and military units on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland and the islands ... in September-October 1941 he supervised the transportation of goods through the Kerch Strait Odessa — Sevastopol. ” Head of the Department of Auxiliary Ships and Harbors of the Navy since July 1943.
