Biography
The son of a colonel who participated in the wars with Napoleon I. Malyutintsy, Piryatinsky district , from an old Little Russian noble family .
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Kiev University with a candidate’s degree.
January 15, 1842 was appointed and. D. Adjunct Richelieu Lyceum in the Department of Law, but in September 1842 he was dismissed.
January 31, 1844 he entered the office of the Kiev, Podolsky and Volyn governor-general for the secret part, was there an interpreter. He was an employee of the Kiev Commission for the analysis of ancient acts (1845–46), then a censor of foreign works.
February 26, 1849 an official of special assignments under the trustee of the Kiev Educational District. On March 22, 1849, he was entrusted with the production of foreign correspondence under the control of the Governor General, and on March 4, 1851, there was an official of special assignments of the VI class.
From February 14, 1858 to June 18, 1866 the Kiev vice-governor , and from 1866 to 1880 the Kiev provincial leader of the nobility. Hofmeister . Buried in the Vydubychi Monastery .
