Biography
June 29, 1943 was ordained a priest .
On May 3, 1960, Pope John XXIII appointed him auxiliary bishop of the archdiocese of Taipei and titular bishop of Ukkula . On July 25, 1960, Paul Cheng Shigong was ordained bishop by Cardinal Thomas Tien Gengxin , accompanied by the titular Archbishop of Salamis, Joseph Guo Zhoshi and Bishop of Young, Thomas Nu Huijing .
Participated in the Second Vatican Council .
From August 30, 1969 to July 16, 1970, Pavel Cheng Shigong was the apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Chiayi .
On December 3, 1990, Pavel Cheng Shigong resigned.
He died on August 23, 2012.
