The date of the document (props 11, according to GOST R 6.30-2003) is the date of its signing, for the act - the date of the event, for the protocol - the date of the meeting, decision.
When writing the date, Arabic numerals are used (a pair of digits to indicate the date, a pair of digits for the month and four digits to indicate the year), the separator sign is a dot: 08/27/2001, 09/01/2001.
An alphanumeric date designation is also possible: March 5, 1999, September 1, 2001
