Club career
Career start
Mulder began his career at the RKPSK club from his hometown. At first he was a fielder, and in ten years he retrained as a goalkeeper [2] . At the age of 12, Mulder got into the Academy of the Club of the Highest Division " Vitesse ". Three seasons later, he completed the Feyenoord youth team [2] .
Feyenoord
On June 3, 2007, Mulder was transferred to the first team [3] . On December 2, 2007, he debuted in the Netherlands Championship in a match against Heracles [4] .
Not wanting to be the third goalkeeper of Feyenoord , Mulder in the 2008/09 season went to the Excelsior that took off from the elite on loan. He played thirty-six first league games and conceded forty-two goals .
When Mulder returned from the lease, the team left her main goalkeeper Timmer . Mulder competed with reserve goalkeeper van Dyck and goalkeeper "youth team" Darley. Erwin won the competition with these goalkeepers and became the main goalkeeper of the club.
Heerenveen
July 11, 2015 Mulder signed a two-year contract with the club " Heerenveen " [5] . Erwin took his 1st number, vacated after leaving the team of the Swedish goalkeeper Nordfeldt .
Career in the national team
Mulder played for the youth and youth teams of the Netherlands. On May 7, 2012, he ended up in the expanded Netherlands national team for the European Championship 2012 .
Personal life
Mulder has two older brothers. In his youth, his father was also a goalkeeper, speaking at the amateur level [2] .
