Biography
July 6, 1952 was ordained a priest .
On July 3, 1971, Pope Paul VI appointed him auxiliary bishop of Hong Kong and titular bishop of Oktaba . On September 8, 1971, Peter Wang Keilai was ordained bishop by Bishop Francis Xavier Xu Chenping , accompanied by the Archbishop of Taipei, Stanislav Luo Guan, and the Bishop of Macau, Paul José Tavares.
On December 21, 1973, Pope Paul VI appointed him Bishop of Hong Kong.
He died on July 23, 1974 in Hong Kong.
