Winner of the 1950 Stalin Prize for the architecture of residential building No. 46-48 along Chkalova Street in Moscow (now Zemlyanoy Val).
Deprived of the title of laureate according to the Resolution of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR of November 4, 1955 No. 1871 "On eliminating excesses in design and construction" :
“To deprive the architect Rybitsky of the title of laureate of the Stalin Prize awarded to him for a house on Chkalov Street in Moscow, in the project of which major excesses and shortcomings in architectural and planning solutions were allowed.”
In 1950-1954 he participated in the design of the sanatorium named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky in Sochi (together with M.I. Merzhanov , G.V. Makarevich , G. D. Borisov) [2] . With Yu. V. Lvov, he designed the new building of the Technological Institute in Voronezh (1959-1966).
The building freely stretched on steep hills. Moscow architect Evgeny Vladimirovich Rybitsky successfully used the characteristic terrain: the construction of bizarre ledges, in the form of terraces, goes down to Arsenalnaya Street. It is especially expressive not from the facade, but just from the back, when you rise from Manezhnaya to Revolution Avenue [1] .
Together with A.I. Taranov , M.I. Yanishevskaya, M.M. Medvedev designed the building of the Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute (1966).
