Injury
- Brooke Lopez received a fracture of his right leg during the pre-season games, which required surgery. He missed the first 32 games of the regular season. [2] Brooke Lopez returned to the floor on February 19 and played 5 matches before he dislocated his right ankle. The dislocation was aggravated by a broken leg and the Nets decided to put him on the list of injured players before the end of the season [3] .
- Shawnee Williams underwent a February operation to remove bone fragments from his left leg and missed the rest of the season [4] .
- On February 8, Keith Bogans broke his left ankle and tore a deltoid ligament in a game against Detroit Pistons and missed the rest of the season. [5]
- Damion James underwent surgery on his right foot after 7 matches and no longer went on the floor this season [6] .
