Biography
The son of Major General Arkady Afrikanovich Boldarev , who became famous as a first-class connoisseur of horses and breeder [1] . He was brought up at school and on August 10, 1844 from the standard junkers he was promoted to cavalry guard by the cornet , in 1847 he was promoted to assignment .
From January 27, 1848 to September 22, 1855 he was a regimental adjutant, in 1849 he was promoted to staff captain , and in 1862 to captain . September 22, 1855 was seconded to the headquarters of military schools. In 1856 he was appointed adjutant to the commander in chief of the guard and grenadier corps. On June 7, 1858, he was dismissed in the rank of colonel with a uniform.
In 1857 he founded a stud farm in the village of Trepolye, Ryazan province [2] .
In 1862, he was assigned to the Ministry of the Interior. In 1865 he was appointed the Ryazan vice-governor, and in 1866 - the Ryazan governor. In 1867 he was promoted to acting state councilor. In 1873, according to the petition, he was assigned to the ministry. In 1875 he was elected an honorary magistrate for the Mikhailovsky district of the Ryazan province .
In 1877 he was appointed a member of the main governing state horse breeding, head of the 2nd district. In 1882 he was dismissed due to illness with retirement. On February 15, 1899, he was appointed Honorary Guardian for the Moscow presence, with production of Privy Councilors . Since 1900, he was a trustee of the Moscow Commercial School and the manager of the Mariinsky Hospital .
Family
Wife (since 1849) - Countess Anna Alexandrovna Gendrikova (1830β1886), daughter of the inspector of stud farms, Count A. I. Gendrikov . In 1847 she graduated from the Catherine Institute with a code of small size; maid of honor of the yard. They had two daughters in marriage:
- Alexandra (1850-1904) - wife of the Vologda governor Mikhail Nikolaevich Kormilitsyn , translatorβs grandmother N. M. Lyubimov ;
- Praskovya (1851-1898) - the wife of the Olonets governor Mikhail Denisovich Demidov .
