Biography
Education
In 1984 he graduated from the Chita Polytechnic Institute with a degree in hydraulic engineering.
In 2003 he graduated from the Ural Academy of Public Administration with a specialization in state and municipal administration [1] .
Entrepreneurship
From 1989 to 2006 he was engaged in business, was in senior positions in commercial organizations.
Political career
Since 1999, he was a member of the Council of the Ural branch of the Liberal Democratic Party .
In 2003, he became an assistant to the deputy of the State Duma, Alexander Novikov .
In 2003, he was under investigation under an article on the illegal possession of weapons [2] .
Since 2004, coordinator of the Sverdlovsk regional branch of the Liberal Democratic Party.
March 14, 2004 was elected to the Regional Duma of the Sverdlovsk Region on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party.
In December 2007 he became a deputy of the State Duma - the Faction "Liberal Democratic Party of Russia". Member of the Committee on Construction and Land Relations and the Commission on the Legislative Support of Anti-Corruption.
In December 2011, he was re-elected to the State Duma on the list of LDPR.
Criminal Cases
In 2003, he was under investigation under an article on the illegal possession of weapons [1] .
On January 2, 2013, the gamekeepers of the Bogdanovichi Wildlife Sanctuary were detained by Toyta Hilux, in which deputy V. Taskaev, his 25-year-old son and their acquaintance were located. Allegedly, the car had uncovered rifles and carcasses of illegally mined roe deer. In 2013, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Illegal Hunting”) and asked the State Duma to deprive the deputy of his mandate in connection with the criminal case of poaching and killing of animals in the state reserve. [3] [4] Taskaev declared his innocence and associated the charge with the machinations of political opponents. [5]
