Tomsk Psychiatric Hospital

It was called Henry . Shortly after birth, he moved to Latvia with his family of parents. In July 1899, he converted to Orthodoxy and received the name Andrei at baptism, in honor of St. Andrew the First-Called .

He graduated from the Riga Polytechnic Institute (1904).

Since 1906 he lived and worked in Tomsk . The first work in Tomsk was the completion of the district psychiatric hospital (in Sosnovy Bor, now 4 Aleutskaya Street ), the work was taken personally by P. A. Stolypin , at that time (1910) - the Prime Minister of Russia.

From 1908 to March 1917 - provincial architect.

He was fond of aviation, had his own Blerio-bis model aircraft, and made a demonstration flight at the Tomsk hippodrome.

In 1916 he was appointed to the First Siberian Civil Engineering Squad, sent to the Caucasus Front, where he was an assistant to the squad chief. He served in Turkey, performed engineering work.

He rented an apartment in the mansion of the architect Khomich (19 Belinsky Street ) [1] , he also lived in Drozdovsky (now Sportivny ) Lane, 3
