The song became the number 12 single on the Billboard hot 100 chart. The song took Madonna to a new level in music. Also, the song took the first lines in other charts. See the Charts section for more details.
Live Performances
The song has been performed on almost all Madonna tours since its release. So, Madonna closes her Drowned World Tour with this song. In the Re-Invention tour, Madonna sings a song in the image of an indigenous girl in a Scottish tribe. In “Confession tour”, the song was performed in the remix of “Music Inferno”. In “ Sticky & Sweet Tour ” Madonna performed the song in all two versions of the tour. “ MDNA Tour ” became a tour where Madonna didn’t sing a song, but on November 14, 2012 Madonna sang a medley of “Give it2me” and “Music” and “Gangnam Style” together with the Korean artist PSY.
For the first time, the song was performed at MTV Europe Music Awards 2000. At the Grammy ceremony in 2001, Madonna also sang this song in the image from the clip “What it feels like for a girl”.
