Biography
Pietro Dutto was born in 1989 in the small Italian city of Cuneo. There he began to engage in biathlon. At the youth level, the main success in Dutto's career was the bronze medal won at the 2008 Junior World Championships. In 2011, Pietro was twice able to get on the podium of the IBU Cup.
World Cup
In the season 2012/2013 Dutto made his debut in the World Cup. And in the second race, the young Italian was able to get into the glasses, taking 39th place in the sprint. At the next stage, Dutto was included in the relay team, which eventually took 8th place. The best result in the first season for the Italian was the 6th place in the relay team at the 8th stage in Sochi .
