The two-story building in plan is a square - a closed quadrangle with a courtyard. The cornices separating the floors of the palace and the artistic grilles on its windows are characteristic of Roman palaces of the 16th century.

The interior was decorated with frescoes by Giovanni da Udine , Perino del Vaga , who independently painted the palace [2] , Polidoro da Caravaggio and Maturino da Firenze .
