Creativity
In 1919, being enthusiastic about Komsomol work, the young artist created the painting “On the Great Initiative. First Subbotnik ”, which was later recorded in his diary:
That was in the twenties. The Molotitsky Komsomol members went out to harvest firewood, the pious went to church, and the young on one of the “holy” holidays for the first time in their life violated established traditions. Reproaches and insults rained down, but the first Komsomol members of Molotits, unperturbed and proud of their initiative, held a cleanup to the end. This served as the plot of the picture "First Subbotnik."
- from the diary entries of A. V. Morozov [2]
The painting “Maxim Gorky at the Old Fisherman”, where the writer is listening to the story of a gray-haired Volgar, is depicted poetically by the artist.
At exhibitions in Vladimir and Murom, the artist’s lyrical landscapes were regularly exhibited. Among the best works of Morozov include paintings "The Veletma River", "Rafting of the Forest", "Evening on the Oka."
