History
The village of Vezikulova is mentioned on the map of the St. Petersburg province of F. F. Schubert in 1834 [2] .
On the map of F. F. Schubert, 1844 is designated as the village of Vyazikulova [3] .
VYAZIKOVA - a village of the State Property, on a country road, the number of yards - 11, the number of souls - 35 m. (1856) [4]
According to the 10th revision of 1856, the peasants of the adjacent villages of Vyazikovo and Polyakovo were state [5] .
According to the “Topographic Map of Parts of the St. Petersburg and Vyborg Provinces” of 1860, the village of Vyazikova consisted of 12 peasant households , and two windmills were located north of the village [6] .
VYAZIKOVO - a state-owned village with decks and a pond, on the left side of the Samryansk road 50 versts from Peterhof, the number of yards - 13, the number of inhabitants: 32 m., 42 w. P.;

According to the map of the environs of St. Petersburg in 1885, the village was called Vyazikova and consisted of 12 peasant households [8] .
In the 19th century, the village administratively belonged to the Gubanitsky volost of the 1st camp of the Peterhof district of the St. Petersburg province, at the beginning of the 20th century - of the 2nd camp.
In 1913, the village was called Vyazikovo , the number of yards in it increased to 16 [9] .
From 1917 to 1923, the village of Vezikovo was part of the Vezikovo village council of the Gubanitsky volost of Peterhof district .
Since 1923, as part of the Gatchina district .
Since February 1927, as part of the Vengissarovsky volost. Since August 1927, as part of the Volosovsky district.
Since 1928, as part of the Mountain Village Council. In 1928, the population of the village of Vezikovo was 53 people [10] .
According to a 1931 topographic map, the village was called Vezinkov and had 33 yards, the collective farm of the Testament of Ilyich was organized in the village, and there was also a school of its own.
According to 1933, the village of Vezikovo was part of the Gorsky Village Council of the Volosovsky District [11] .
From August 1, 1941 to December 31, 1943 the village was under occupation.
Since 1950, as part of the Gubanitsky Village Council.
Since 1963, in the Kingisepp district .
Since 1965, again as part of the Volosovsky district. In 1965, the population of the village of Vezikovo was 89 people [10] .
According to administrative data of 1966, 1973 and 1990, the village of Vezikovo was also part of the Gubanitsky village council [12] [13] [14] .
In 1997, 12 people lived in the village of Vezikovo , the village belonged to the Gubanitsky volost, in 2002 - 7 people (all Russians), in 2007 - 4 people [15] [16] [17] .
Geography
The village is located in the north-eastern part of the district on the highway 41K-353 ( Torosovo - Kurgolovo ).
The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 5 km [17] .
The distance to the nearest railway station Volosovo is 11 km [12] .
