Biography

Pamela Jane Herdon (name PJ Soles at birth) was born July 17, 1950 in Frankfurt am Main ( GDR ) in a Dutch and American family. Due to the fact that Father PJ worked for an international insurance company, the family lived all over the world. Soles lived in Casablanca, Morocco , Maracaibo, Venezuela, where she learned to speak Spanish fluently, and then in Brussels ( Belgium ), where she went to the International School. Studying at Briarcliff College, she dreamed of becoming the first female ambassador to the Soviet Union. Her career goal changed when she attended an acting studio in New York .

Career

PJ made her film debut in 1973 , playing a role in the television series Love is the most magnificent thing in the world . In total, Soles has played in 59 films and television series.

In 1988, PJ made her debut as a producer with the film B.O.R.N., in which she also played the role of Liz.

Personal life

In 1971-1975, PJ was married to musician Jay Steven Soles.

In 1978-1983, PJ was married to actor Dennis Quaid (born 1954).

In 1983-1998, PJ was married to the pilot Skip Holm (b.1944). The former spouses have two children - the son of Jeffrey Skye Holm (born in 1983) and daughter Ashley Brooke Holm (born in 1988) [1] .
