Oleg Evgenyevich Reztsov (born March 16, 1959) is a Ukrainian composer and pianist , teacher, and musical researcher.

Biography
Born on March 16, 1959, in the city of Rovno , Western Ukraine in a family of musicians. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Institute of Arts named after B. Beishenalieva in Frunze in 1984 as a pianist and in 1988 as a composer. In 1990, I also completed an internship internship. His teachers at different times were Polina Tsokurenko, Leonid Tamulevich, Vladimir Zhelobkov, Mikhail Burshtin [1] , Vladimir Gusev [2] , V. Brailovsky. He began composing music at the age of nine. He wrote in different styles.
He performed in a piano duet with pianist Natalia Nikolenko .
For many years he was a composition teacher at a music school and an assistant professor at the special piano department at the Kyrgyz National Conservatory in Bishkek . Actively engaged in concert and lecture activities. Since 2010 he lives in Vinnitsa ( Ukraine ) and works in the Vinnitsa School of Culture and Arts. N. Leontovich [3]
Since 1996, Oleg Reztsov is a member of the Union of Composers of Kyrgyzstan.

Creativity
He is the author of more than 1000 pieces of music in various genres, mainly piano, chamber-instrumental and vocal compositions. His children's plays from the author's collections Starfall, Giraffe-Mischief, Paper Boat, Magic Door, etc. are very popular.
The composer has been active in music education. His repertoire includes a large number of works from the oldest examples of clavier art to the works of his contemporaries. He seeks to share the results of his research in the field of musical semantics and the connection of performed music with other types of art, emphasizing meaningful and semantic aspects.
He spent more than 400 concerts, lectures in different cities.
Together with pianist Gelena Mozoryuk, in December 2008, he organized the Argonauts Art Festival [4] dedicated to the work of a number of outstanding masters of modern music, poetry and painting, in which he took an active part as a performer. Also, together with G. Mosoryuk, they conducted 25 hour and a half radio programs “Very Old Music” on Radio OK (5) ( 1999 ),
