Austroagalloides obliquus (lat.) - a species of jumping insects of the genus Austroagalloides from the family of cicadas ( Cicadellidae ). Endemic to Australia (found only in the southeast of the mainland: New South Wales , Tasmania , Victoria). Length about 6 mm. Coloring tan with black marks. Labrum is narrow [2] . Found on trees and shrubs. The cylindrical shape of the circus; the head is short, rounded. Macrosetal formula of the hips is 2 + 0 [3] . The eyes are large, so that the head with the eyes looks wider than the pronotum . The species was originally described under the name Bythoscopus obliquus Walker, F. 1858 [2] .
