Geography
Aul is located on the right bank of the Nura River. The aul is located near the road P-3 Astana - Kabanbai batyr - Temirtau. [3]
History
It was founded as the village of Ivanovskoye (later Ivanovka) by Ukrainian immigrants from the Tauride province in 1900 [4] .
Population
In 1999, the population of the aul was 1310 people (664 men and 646 women) [5] . According to the 2009 census , 1015 people lived in the aul (509 men and 506 women) [5] .
