MBU-200 is a Soviet multi-barrel bombing system developed by the SKB MV under the leadership of B. I. Shavyrin based on operating experience of the British Hedgehog bomb [1] . It had 24 guides for launching depth charges . Adopted by the USSR in 1949 . It was used on destroyers , patrol ships and submarine hunters . It was further developed in the MBU-600 system .

Design Features
As a rule, the launcher was fixed motionless in the bow of the ship and stabilized by pitching. The guidance of the bomb for firing was carried out by the ship's hull at the rate. To control the installation and salvo, there was a special fire control device PUS-24-200, which was installed in the wheelhouse .
