Palchikova is a village in the Bolkhov district of the Oryol region . It is part of the Bagrinovsky rural settlement .

Geography

It is located in the northern part of the Oryol region, in the forest-steppe zone ^[2] , within the central part of the Central Russian Upland , about 6 km north of the village of Fatnevo .

Climate

close to moderately cold, rainfall is significant, with precipitation in the driest month. The average annual rainfall is 627 mm. The average annual temperature in the Bolkhov district is 5.1 ° C. ^[3]
