Spas-Ukhra (on the topographic map Spass-Uhra ) is a village, in the past, the village of Arefinsky rural settlement of the Rybinsk district of the Yaroslavl region [1] .

The village is located in the eastern part of the settlement, it stands on the left high bank, above 30 m of the Ukhra river, upstream and southeast of the center of the rural settlement of Arefino village at a distance of about 7 km. At a distance of about 500 m east of the village, a small stream flows into Ukhra, forming a ravine in the high bank. On the opposite right, the same high bank, upstream, at a distance of about 1 km to the north-east is the village of Cheryomushki . On the left bank, downstream, about 2 km to the west, is the village of Vysokovo , through which lies the road to the center of the rural settlement of Arefino. In the opposite direction, up the left bank of Ukhra, this road goes to the village of Boriskovo , which is about 4 km away. At a distance of about 2 km south of Spas-Ukhra, on the left bank of the Pelevin stream, stands the village of Ananyino , around which a number of small villages are grouped on the Pelevin stream and its tributaries [2] .
On the general survey plan of the Rybinsk district of 1792, the village is designated as the Spas graveyard . In the vicinity of the churchyard, a number of settlements are indicated. To the east of the graveyard on the other side of the nameless brook is the village of Sofyina [3] , to the west at the sharp turn of Ukhra is the village of Ordino [4] , to the south-west of the graveyard and to the south of Ordino is the village of Novaya [5] .
In the village of Spas-Ukhra there are historical and cultural monuments:
- School, built at the end of the XIX century. - beginning of XX century
- The temple complex of St. Nicholas Church, built in 1774
- The temple complex of the Church of the Transfiguration, built in 1763 [6] .
On January 1, 2007 in the village of Spas-Ukhra there were 2 permanent residents [7] . A post office located in the village of Ananyino serves 8 houses in the village of Spas-Ukhra [8] .
