Biography
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics, qualification as a Physical Engineer.
In 1997 he defended his thesis on "Entrepreneurship in a developed market economy and in transition."
From 1999 to 2010, he was the main shareholder of Bank Pushkino.
Former shareholder of the banks of East Bridge Bank, Russian Merchants Bank and Financial Bridge.
In 2002 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Entrepreneurship and its role in the economic revival of Russia." According to Dissernet's analysis, Bubnov’s doctoral dissertation in 2002 contains large-scale undocumented borrowings from several candidate dissertations and books published in 1998-2001. [2] [3]
In 2006, he completed the Executive MBA program at IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).
In 2010, he graduated from the Exponential Technologies Executive Program at Singularity University.
Over the past 15 years, he participated in the creation of more than 20 commercial, financial and non-profit organizations, as well as in the management of more than 30 organizations, including: S. Yu. Witte Moscow University, Moscow Institute of Technology, Fizteh XXI, Center "Higher School of System Engineering MIPT", LLC NPP Medolit, LLC New Line Telecom and others. Author and co-author of more than 30 cited scientific papers [4]
