In 1954, when the village was divided into several villages and farms, it received the status of an independent settlement. In 1954-1959, it was part of the Nizhnehalchansky village council of Fatezhsky district , then the Linetsky village council was transferred [5] . Since the beginning of the 1960s, the Ponizovka farms were part of the “Russia” collective farm (center in the village of Linez ). In 1981, about 60 people lived in the village [6] .
