The village of Borikhino before Nikolsky volost of the Vesyegonsky district of the Tver province ^[3] . The village, after the establishment of Soviet power, as part of the Semytinsky village district council ^[4] , from January 14, 1929 as part of the Semytinsky village council of the Mikhailovsky district of the Bezhetsky district ^{[4] of the} Central Industrial Region of the RSFSR , which was renamed Moscow Region on June 3, 1929. According to the decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of September 12, 1930, the Semytinsky Village Council was transferred to the Pestovsky District of the Leningrad Region. ^[5] By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 5, 1944, the Pestovsky district was transferred from the Leningrad Region to the newly formed Novgorod Region.
