Biography
After graduating from the Ryazan State Radio Engineering Institute, he worked in design bureaus, a research institute as a research engineer, department head, and laboratory. Since 1977 - employee of the Ministry of General Engineering, since 1980 - Director of the Smelyansk Radio Instrument Plant. In 1993, he was appointed Minister of Economy.
Since 1993 - Director of the Smelyansk Radio Instrument Plant Orizon.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concern Energy JSC.
