Dubovka ( Kaz. Dubovka ) is a village in the Abay district of the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Dubovsk rural district. It is located about 12 km north-north-east of the district center, the city of Abay . The KATO code is 354049100 [1] .

History

In 2016, it was transferred from the composition of the Bukhar-Zhyrau region to the Abai district [2] .

Population

In 1999, the village population was 3843 people (1805 men and 2038 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 3993 people lived in the village (1911 men and 2082 women) [3] .
