Keneli ( kaz. Keneli , until 1996 - Karaagash) is a village in the Aktogay district of the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Saryterek rural district. The KATO code is 353663400 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 50 people (27 men and 23 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 122 people lived in the village (64 men and 58 women) [2] .
