Kasabay ( Kazakh. Абasabay ) is a village in the Aktogai district of the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Shabanbai aul district. The KATO code is 353677400 [1] .

In 1999, the rural population was 100 people (46 men and 54 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 132 people lived in the village (78 men and 54 women) [2] .
