Population

Economy

The village is located Karaganda Research Institute of Plant Production and Breeding (KNIIRS), formed on the basis of the Karaganda Agricultural Production Association (agricultural experimental station). The institution was created to serve Karlaga (Karaganda State Farm giant OGPU).
