Tanema ( Tanema, Tetau, Tetawo ) is an almost extinct language spoken in the village of Emois, Vanikoro Island, Temotu Province, in the Solomon Islands . Starting in 2012, only one medium speaks it, Lynol Lano. The Tanema language is replaced by the Teanu language, the main language of Vanikoro Island.
