Urazbaev, Nasyr Rafikovich

Nasyr Rafikovich Urazbaev ( 1902 - 1981 ) - Soviet statesman and public figure. Secretary of the Bashkir Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (1941–1946), Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the BASSR (1946–1951), Deputy Minister of Forestry of the USSR, Head of the Department of Forest Raw Materials Bases of the USSR Ministry of Forestry (1951–1955). Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the BASSR.

Biography

Nasyr Rafikovich was born in 1902 in the village of Utyak of the Ufa province in the family of a peasant Rafik Vakhitovich Urazbaev.

He began working in 1919 as a clerk of the Karamyshev Volunteer Executive Committee, then as a secretary, chairman of the volost mutual assistance committee, secretary of the presidium of the Volunteer Executive Committee in the village Yangiskain of the Krasnousolsky district, head of the periodical press department of the Sterlitamak bookstore.

In 1925, Nasyr Rafikovich entered the Ufa Forest College , after which he works as a forester, director of the Zilim timber industry enterprise, inspector and head of the inspection of the Yuzhuralles trust.

N.R. Urazbaev in 1933 was appointed director of the Burzyansky timber industry enterprise. Since 1935, Nasyr Rafikovich studied at the V.V. Kuybyshev Arkhangelsk Industrial Academy . After graduating from the academy in 1939 with honors as a process engineer, he worked as chief engineer, deputy commissar of the forest industry of the BASSR.

In 1941, he was elected secretary of the Bashkir regional committee of the CPSU (b) for the forest industry, and in 1943 - the third secretary of the regional party committee.

From 1946 to 1951, N. R. Urazbaev worked as chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1951 he was transferred to Moscow, where he worked as deputy minister of the USSR forest industry, then head of the forestry raw materials base department of the USSR Ministry of Forestry.

From 1955 until his retirement in 1962, Nasyr Rafikovich worked as the head of the Bashles logging plant.

N.R. Urazbaev was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the second and third convocations, the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the second, Supreme Council of the BASSR of the second and third convocations.

He died on January 31, 1981.

Memory

In Ufa, on the house where N. Urazbaev lived, a memorial plaque was installed, and in his native village a school was named after him.
