Biography
He received his first painting lessons from his father, an artist. In 1868-1876 he studied at the School of Fine Arts in Krakow . A student of Vladislav Lushkevich , later - Jan Matejko , attended the classes of Felix Shinalevsky and Leon Dembovsky .
As a scholar of the Cracow School of Fine Arts, he was sent to improve his mastery at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich , where he studied under the guidance of Professor A. Wagner . Then he trained in Dresden .
In 1891 he returned to his homeland and settled in Krosno, where he lived until the end of his life.
