Abdullah ibn Abdu-l-Latif Al ash-Sheikh ( Arabic: عبد الله ابن عبد اللطيف آل الشيخ ; Al-Khufuf , circa 1849 - Riyadh , December 3, 1920 ) - a famous Islamic theologian from the clan of Al Sh son of Abdul-Latif ibn Abdurrahman , grandson of Abdurrahman ibn Hasan and great-great-grandson of the founder of the dynasty, Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab .

Biography
Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif was born in the city of Al-Hofuf near Al-Hasa in 1265 of the Hijrah (circa 1849 ). He received primary education from his grandfather from the side of his mother, Abdullah ibn Ahmad al-Wuhaibi. Then his father, Abdul-Latif ibn Abdurrahman, transferred him to Riyadh when he was 14 years old, where he continued his education with his father and grandfather, Abdurrahman ibn Hassan.
After the death of his father in 1876 (1293), Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif goes to , where he studied with Hamd ibn Atik for three years. After returning to his hometown, Abdullah began teaching various Sharia disciplines and spreading the Salafi da'avat.
When in 1891 (the beginning of 1308) the emir Muhammad al-Abdullah ar-Rashid besieged the capital of Riyadh, Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif, together with the emir Muhammad ibn Faisal and king Abdul-Aziz ibn Abdurrahman persuaded him to lift the siege hostilities. But at the end of that year, Muhammad al-Rashid again besieged Riyadh, and this time he will take control of it and put an end to the Second Saudi state. Muhammad ar-rashid, prevailing, wished that Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif follow him and serve him in Hail . In Hail, he continues to teach and disseminate Salafism. A year later, the emir Muhammad ar-Rashid allows him to return to his homeland.
On the night of January 15-16, 1902, the future king Abdul-Aziz with a detachment of 60 people captured Riyadh. Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif gave him the oath of allegiance and became related to him (he is the grandfather of King Faisal from his mother). After that, Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif lived for another twenty years, during which many future ulama were trained with him. It is known that Abdul-Aziz ibn Saud attended the lessons of Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif and greatly appreciated his opinion in religious matters.
Abdullah ibn Abdul-Latif Al al-Sheikh died on Friday, the 20th day of the month of Rabbi al-Aval 1339 Hijra (approximately December 3, 1920 ). The funeral janase prayer above him was read in the Great Cathedral Mosque of Riyadh, and the funeral stretcher was accompanied by King Abdul-Aziz himself. He was buried in the Al-Oud cemetery next to his father and grandfather.
