History
Kolyanur rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 in accordance with the Law of the Kirov Region dated December 7, 2004 No. 284-ЗО [2] .
On April 28, 2012, on the basis of the Law of the Kirov Region No. 141-ЗО [3] , the settlement included all the settlements of the abolished Mushinsky rural settlement .
