Content
History
The Molomsk rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 according to the Law of the Kirov Region dated 07.12.2004 No. 284-ЗО [3] , and the former Molomsk rural district was included in its composition.
The Law of the Kirov Region dated April 12, 2016 No. 637-ЗО [4] , which entered into force on April 15, 2016, was transformed, by combining them, the Oparinsky urban settlement and the Molomsky rural settlement into the Oparyn urban settlement with an administrative center in the urban settlement like Oparino.
