History
Kumyon rural settlement was established on January 1, 2006 according to the Law of the Kirov region dated December 7, 2004 No. 284-ЗО [2] .
By the law of the Kirov region dated April 28, 2012 No. 141-ЗО [3] , all settlements of the abolished Ryabinovsky rural settlement are included in the composition of the settlement .
