State Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR named after Toktogul Satylganov ( Kyrgyz. Kyrgyz SSRinin Toktogul atyndagi Mamlekettik syylygynyn ) - Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR , established in 1965 by a decree of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan and the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR for the promotion of further literature for the development of literature and art , music, cinema, visual and theatrical art and in connection with the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Kyrgyz akyn - Democrat Toktogul Satylganov (1864-1933).
Awarded once every 2 years on the day of the establishment of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The size of the bonus is 2500 rubles each.
