Adli Mansoor ( Arabic: عدلي منصور ; born December 23, 1945 ) is the interim president of Egypt from July 3, 2013 [2] [3] to June 8, 2014.

Biography
Adli Mansour was born in 1945. He graduated from the law faculty of Cairo University in 1967, and also studied at the prestigious National School of Administration in France (1977). For a long time, Mansur worked as a judge in religious, civil and criminal courts. In 1992, Adli Mansour became a member of the Constitutional Court of Egypt, was his deputy head. He participated in preparations for the 2012 presidential election, as a result of which Mohammed Mursi came to power. On July 1, Mursi was appointed President of the Constitutional Court of Egypt by decree. July 3, after the resignation of Mursi, it became known that Mansur will temporarily act as head of state. He will lead the country until early elections are held in Egypt.
As President of Egypt
On July 4, 2013, he was sworn in as interim president of Egypt. Mansur’s tasks will include the implementation of the roadmap drawn up by the military on how to get Egypt out of the political crisis, including drafting a new constitution taking into account the views of the opposition and forming an interim government [4] .
July 5, 2013 dissolved the parliament of Egypt and replaced the head of the intelligence department of Egypt . He fired Mohammed Raafat Shehat , appointing him national security adviser. Instead of Raafat Shekhat, intelligence was led by Mohammed Ahmed Farid [5] [6] .
July 9, 2013 - Adli Mansour appointed new Prime Minister and Vice President.
Family
Married, has three children - a son and two daughters [7] .
