Biography
In 1972 he graduated from the University of Sarajevo. From December 1996 to July 2001 he was Minister of Education and Science of Montenegro, which is part of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia . He was a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro . Since July 2005 - Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro [1] .
