Neothelaxes (lat.) Is a genus of aphids from the subfamily Thelaxinae ( Thelaxini ). Endemic to India .

Description
Small insects, length 1.0-2.2 mm. Associated with plants of the genus maiden grapes ( Parthenocissuss semicordata ). It is close to the aphids of the genus Thelaxes , from which it differs by a dorsal arrangement of setae in one row and embryonic hetotaxia [1] [2] .
