Biography
From an early age, Paul Le Person was a street actor, and in his youth he performed in the Operetta Theater with productions in Jamaica (À la Jamaïque), Tender Irma (Irma la douce), and La Belle Arabelle. Along with Jean Carme, he played on the Signé Furax serial radio drama. After a series of short films, he debuted on the big screen in Claude Lelouch ’s film “ Man and Woman ”.
As a rule, he played positive characters, mainly in comedy films. Among the notable ribbons are "The Idiot in Paris " by Serge Korber, "Hit by the Head" by Jean-Jacques Annaud , "The Misfortune of Alfred " by Pierre Richard , "The Blessed Alexander " and "The Twin " by Yves Rober . The domestic spectator is widely known for his role as Perrash in the willow of Yves Robert, “ Tall Blonde in a Black Shoe ” and “ Return of the Tall Blonde ”.
He worked on television, appeared in the TV series "Commissioner Moulin", where he played an atypical role for himself as a murderer, and screen versions of works by Maurice Leblanc about Arsen Lupine "The Return of Arsen Lupine " and " New feats of Arsen Lupine ". The later role in the film Blanc d'ébène, which brought the actor the prize of the international film festival of French-language films in Saint-Martin, is significant. He died in Paris, at St. Louis Hospital, surrounded by close people.
