Andreevsky village council ( Ukrainian Andriivska Silska Rada , Crimean Tat. Aqleyiz köy şurası ) is an administrative-territorial unit in the Nakhimov district of the Sevastopol city council , located in the north of the council, in the southeastern Crimea, on the Black Sea coast . It borders on the Bakhchisaray region in the north and east, on the south - with the Kaczyn soviet . The area of the village council is 35.54 km ², the population as of January 1, 2010 is 3,468 people [1] (according to the 2001 census , 2,747 people), the deputy body is 20 people [2] . The village council was formed in 1987 and includes 2 villages:
