Krokhino is a village of Arefinsky rural settlement of the Rybinsk district of the Yaroslavl region [1] .
The village is located in the north-west of a rural settlement on the right bank of Morma , the left tributary of the Ukhra River in its lower reaches. It is the only one on the right bank of Morma. The mouth is located about 1 km northeast. Opposite Krokhino, on the right bank of Morma, stands the village of Khlamovo, the last village down the left bank of Morma. A road runs along the northeastern outskirts of Krokhino, linking the villages on the left bank of Ukhra, in a northerly direction, down Ukhra, this road crosses Mormu, runs north of Khlamovo and goes to Kishatino and Kuzovolev , where it ends. In the southeastern direction, this road goes to Karelino , where it faces the shore of Ukhra. To the south of Krokhino, an uninhabited forest, the Morma River basin [2] .
The village of Krokhino is indicated on the plan of the General Land Survey of the Rybinsk district in 1792.
As of January 1, 2007, there were 2 permanent residents in the village of Krokhino [3] . A post office located in the center of the rural village of Arefino serves 16 houses in the village of Krokhino [4] .
